"Tepra" is convenient. Everyone knows that. But until now, it was also something you wanted to hide. The clunky keyboard, the tiny LCD screen, and that businesslike gray body. They might have blended into an office supply closet, but in a carefully curated living room, they were nothing but noise.
However, when I saw the "TEPRA PRO 'MARK' (SR-MK1)" developed by King Jim and TENT, that perception became a thing of the past. There is no keyboard here. There is only a beautiful "tower"-like objet.

"MARK" is a label printer designed exclusively for smartphones.
The way you use it is thoroughly modern. Just connect the unit to your smartphone via Bluetooth and enter text in the dedicated app "Hello." No PC, no cables required. Even the power supply runs on batteries (or an AC adapter), so it operates completely cordlessly.
By migrating the act of "typing" from a physical keyboard to flick input on a smartphone, Tepra has evolved from "clerical work" into a "creative game" — something more like posting on social media.

TENT, who handled the product design, redefined Tepra not as "stationery" but as a "lifestyle accessory."
- Eliminating the Keyboard: By removing the input device — the biggest source of visual noise — they achieved a cylindrical silhouette that is beautiful from any angle, 360 degrees around.
- Camouflage into the Interior: Matte-finish colors such as beige and khaki blend into a room just like a ceramic vase or an aroma diffuser.
- High-Resolution Print Head: It's not just about looks. It's equipped with a high-resolution 360 dpi print head equivalent to the flagship model. This means delicate fonts and logos are printed smoothly, without any jagged edges.

When you use "MARK," you start to notice that the very meaning of labeling begins to change.
Traditional Tepra was an organizing tool meant to "make the contents identifiable." But what "MARK" and its dedicated app offer is time spent on "design," using beautiful fonts and templates.
Putting cohesive labels on your seasoning bottles. Adding a message ribbon to gift wrapping. A mere classification task transforms into an act of decoration that brings color to your space. The time you spend agonizing over "which font should I use?" while looking at the app is an immense luxury.

This product appeals not only to existing Tepra users but, more importantly, to those who have always avoided Tepra until now.
- Interior Design Enthusiasts: Those who harbor what was once an impossible wish — "I want to leave my Tepra out on display in my room."
- Font Aficionados: Those who weren't satisfied with the gothic typeface of the conventional Tepra and want to use beautiful Latin fonts.
- Shop Owners: Those who want to easily create professional-quality price tags and POP displays for their store.

So, what did you think?
TEPRA PRO "MARK" is both the completed form of the label writer and a new starting line.
From labels that convey information to labels that convey emotion. With this small tower simply sitting on your desk, you'll surely be struck by the urge to give a "name" to every object around you.
